Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the BlenderBottler storefront and purchases of our shaker bottles, drinkware, replacement pieces, storage accessories, brushes, and cleaning products. Using the store or submitting an order confirms agreement to them.

Store Access and Customer Responsibilities

You must be legally able to enter a purchase and must submit accurate account, billing, and delivery information. You may not interfere with security, introduce harmful code, infringe rights, violate law, scrape the service abusively, misrepresent identity, or attempt access without authorization. Activity that threatens customers or store operations may be limited.

Catalog Information

We aim to display product materials, sizes, capacities, designs, colors, included parts, care guidance, and compatibility accurately. Screen appearance and production details may vary, and availability is not final until an order is accepted. We may correct errors and apply reasonable purchase limits.

Order Acceptance, USD Pricing, and Taxes

Checkout is conducted in United States dollars (USD). Applicable sales or other taxes are collected as required by law; we do not promise tax-free purchases in every location. Orders may be declined or canceled for inventory errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or inaccurate pricing. Any amount that must be returned will be refunded appropriately.

Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you authorize the checkout amount through the payment option selected. Card availability and issuer approval control whether a transaction succeeds. Further terms appear in our Payment Policy.

Delivery Within the United States

We ship only to the United States. Standard shipping is free for every U.S. order without a minimum spend. Processing takes 1–2 business days and is separate from carrier transit of 4–6 business days. Tracking is supplied after shipment. The daily cutoff is 5:00 PM Central Time (CT), observing CST or CDT as applicable; later orders enter processing on the next business day.

Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

A cancellation may be requested before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy controls. Eligible goods may be returned for any reason within 30 days after delivery, and exchanges are available. We supply a free prepaid return label and pay eligible return shipping for both change-of-mind returns and damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders. No restocking fee is charged.

Limited Ordinary-Return Categories

Customized goods, clearance or Final Sale goods, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items are excluded from routine change-of-mind returns. These exclusions never reduce remedies for a damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete item and do not waive non-excludable consumer rights.

Refund Method and Timing

Once a return is received and inspected, an approved refund is sent to the original payment method. Financial institutions generally require 5–10 business days after issuance to post the credit.

Intellectual Property and Proper Use

Store text, graphics, layouts, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

Legal Limits and Updates

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store is provided without warranties beyond those stated or legally required, and indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential losses may be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections and liabilities that cannot be waived remain intact. We may revise these Terms prospectively by posting a new version and date; applicable United States law governs without displacing mandatory protections.
