Refund Policy

BlenderBottler accepts eligible returns for any reason when the request is started within 30 days after the carrier shows the order as delivered.

Starting a Return

Email Support@BlenderBottler.shop or call 6198156638 with the order number and item details. Ordinary returns should be in the received condition with included lids, parts, packaging, or accessories and reasonable proof of purchase. Wait for authorization rather than mailing an item without instructions.

Merchant-Paid Return Shipping

We provide a free prepaid return label and bear the eligible return cost, including a change-of-mind return. The same merchant-paid shipping applies if a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or with missing components. We impose no restocking fee.

Product Problems

Inspect drinkware and accessories promptly. For leaks, defects, transit damage, a wrong product, or a missing piece, give us the order number and helpful photos or details when available. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, component solution, or refund without charging covered return freight.

Exchange Requests

Exchanges are supported during the 30-day period and depend on stock. If the requested replacement is unavailable, the returned item can be processed for an approved refund to the original payment method.

Ordinary-Return Exceptions

Customized products, clearance or Final Sale merchandise, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned merely for preference. This rule does not restrict relief for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete merchandise and does not override rights protected by law.

Inspection and Refund Posting

Returns go to 276 Sena St, Santa Fe NM 87505, United States. After receipt and inspection, we communicate the outcome and issue an approved refund to the original form of payment. The bank or card provider usually posts it within 5–10 business days after issuance.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if an order should be stopped. We can cancel before shipment; after shipment, use the return procedure above.
