Shipping Policy

This schedule separates the time BlenderBottler needs to prepare drinkware orders from the time a carrier needs to transport them.

Where We Deliver

Delivery is limited to United States addresses. We do not ship orders outside the United States.

Free Standard Delivery

Every U.S. order qualifies for free standard shipping. No minimum purchase is required.

Stage One—Processing: 1–2 Business Days

Payment review, order verification, picking, packing, and carrier preparation normally take 1–2 business days. This stage is not transit. Orders received by 5:00 PM Central Time (CT), observing CST or CDT as applicable enter that business day’s queue; later orders enter the next business day. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded.

Stage Two—Carrier Transit: 4–6 Business Days

After handoff, standard U.S. carrier travel normally requires 4–6 business days. Total estimated delivery is processing time plus transit time. Severe weather, carrier disruption, seasonal volume, or address problems may cause delays outside our reasonable control.

Tracking and Carrier Scans

A tracking number is provided once shipment is created. The carrier’s first visible scan can take additional time.

Address Changes and Delivery Exceptions

Supply a complete, accurate address and contact us promptly about an error. A change cannot be guaranteed after carrier handoff. Report loss, delivery damage, wrong contents, or missing parts to Support@BlenderBottler.shop or 6198156638 so we can investigate under the Refund Policy.
