Privacy Policy

Effective August 16, 2026

BlenderBottler provides this notice for visitors and customers who browse our drinkware assortment, place an order, request support, or interact with our advertising. It explains the information we handle, why we handle it, the recipients involved, and the choices available to you.

1. Personal Information Within This Notice

Depending on your activity, we may collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing and delivery addresses, account credentials, IP addresses, device or browser identifiers, approximate location inferred from an IP address, cart contents, order and payment status, products viewed, tracking and delivery records, return or exchange history, support messages, marketing preferences, cookie identifiers, and advertising or conversion events. Card credentials are transmitted to Shopify and payment providers for authorization and are not necessarily stored by us.

2. Where Information Comes From

Information reaches us directly from forms and checkout, automatically through the storefront and connected devices, from Shopify, and from companies that support payments, fraud review, delivery, analytics, or advertising. We may also receive lawful information from service partners or public sources.

3. Purposes for Using Information

We use information to run checkout; confirm, prepare, and track orders; process payments and refunds; answer bottle, accessory, cleaning, or compatibility questions; administer cancellations, returns, and exchanges; maintain accounts; prevent abuse; improve navigation and product presentation; measure campaigns; keep business records; comply with legal duties; and protect customers, the store, and other parties. Marketing messages are sent only as permitted, and their subscription controls remain available.

4. Cookies and Storefront Technologies

Cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and related technologies may keep a cart active, remember settings, support login and checkout, detect suspicious traffic, measure performance, and help tailor advertising. Some cookies are essential to store operation; others support analytics or advertising. You may delete or block cookies through browser controls, although essential functions can become unavailable.

5. Google Ads, Remarketing, and Conversion Tracking

Our advertising setup may use Google Ads, including remarketing and conversion tracking. Google and participating partners can use cookies or similar identifiers to determine whether a visit or purchase followed an advertisement and to present ads based on earlier storefront interactions. Choices include Google advertising settings, recognized industry opt-out tools, browser cookie controls, any storefront privacy control, and the request methods below. Opting out of personalized ads does not eliminate every advertisement.

6. Recipients and Business Disclosures

We may disclose relevant information to Shopify; card and payment processors; carriers and fulfillment providers; hosting, security, fraud-prevention, analytics, advertising, email, and support vendors; accountants, lawyers, or insurers; authorities when law requires; and participants in a lawful financing, merger, acquisition, or business transfer. Each disclosure serves an operational, professional, or legal purpose. We do not promise that information is never shared.

7. California Privacy Rights—CCPA and CPRA

Subject to legal conditions and exceptions, California residents may request the categories or specific pieces of personal information collected, the sources and purposes, and the categories of recipients; ask for correction or deletion; obtain portable information; limit applicable use of sensitive personal information; and opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising these rights. Verified authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority.

8. Do Not Sell or Share

BlenderBottler does not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising disclosures can nevertheless be treated as “selling” or “sharing” under California law. Send an email to Support@BlenderBottler.shop with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject, telephone 6198156638, or use an available storefront privacy-choice link. Provide enough detail to locate the request. We may verify identity, and we recognize browser-based opt-out preference signals where the law and our technology require.

9. Retention, Protection, and Disposal

Retention depends on the record and may continue while needed for fulfillment, support, fraud controls, accounting, taxes, disputes, or legal obligations. When a record no longer has a justified purpose, it is deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of. Reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards are used, but no online transfer or storage system is absolutely secure.

10. Children

This storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact us for review and appropriate deletion.

11. Other Rights, Links, and Policy Changes

Depending on applicable state law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restrictions and may object to targeted advertising or withdraw marketing consent. Verification and legal exceptions can apply. Third-party links follow their own privacy notices. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated effective date.
